1. Payment
- 50% upfront + 50% after sketch approval, or 100% paid in advance;
- only via Pix or PayPal;
- unpaid orders within 48h will be automatically cancelled or subject to price changes.
2. Deadlines
- deadline of 1-3 weeks depending on complexity;
- delays due to personal reasons will be communicated;
- rush orders can be negotiated but involve additional fees depending on availability.
3. Refunds and cancellations
- partial refund only during the sketch stage;
- after sketch approval, no refund under any circumstances;
- if the art reaches its final stage, no refund;
- I may refuse any commission without justification (full refund if already paid).
4. Creation process
- small adjustments are free after sketch until finalization;
- changes after finalization will incur an additional fee;
- you will be updated at every important stage of the progress.
5. Permitted use
- personal use: post on social media (with visible credits), print for personal use, use as avatar, banner, wallpaper, gift;
- commercial use: only allowed with prior agreement, including a percentage of sales to the artist;
- credits are mandatory in all public posts, even with authorized use.
6. Prohibited use
- I strictly prohibit the client from using my art to feed, generate, train or modify with AI (Artificial Intelligence), this also applies to deepfakes and NFTs;
- using the art in hate speech, crime apology, political ideologies, pornographic content or any offensive or illegal material;
- reselling, redistributing or profiting from the art without my authorization.
7. Copyright
- I retain all copyrights to the art;
- the commission grants you a usage license, not intellectual property;
- I may post the final art on my social media with a protective watermark;
- unless confidentiality is agreed (additional fee for exclusivity).
